Event Description: As a Chicago Leader for Successful Women Inspiring Future Talent (SWIFT) within IBM – our main goal is to bring colleagues together to discuss various topics surrounding diversity, inclusion, and professional development

My Role: As one of three Chicago Leaders for the organization, my roles consists of creating event ideas, reaching out to various IBM partners and other related businesses to coordinate event details, as well as create promotional material to effectively market the event.
Attendance Rate: Events vary between 10 to 50 members
Examples of Past Events: Women in Tech Design Thinking, MBA Discussion Panel, International Women’s Day Celebration, etc.
