Senior Business Transformation Consultant; IBM Global Business Services

I am a Senior Consultant within IBM’s Next Generation Enterprise Application & Mobile Service Line, specifically working with clients to create integrated business solutions through the use of various technologies. I am certified in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, & Salesforce Platform Development on top of being trained in Agile methodologies & IBM Design Thinking. Below are various project roles and experience I have gained:

Data Analyst: Steered large-scale data cleansing and migration efforts for McCormick Corporation, Inc. Worked within a team of 4 to ensure data was correctly transformed and utilized correctly in their new software system.

Procurement Lead: Led the entire SAP procurement scope for Walt Disney which included requirement tracking, business process documentation, system solutioning, & writing functional specifications for the integration of several softwares.

Procurement Team Lead: Mangaged a team of 4 IBM consultants in a full SAP project assessment for Veolia Environmental Services which included procurement process demos & requirement tracking.

Project Management & Test Analyst: Partnered with National Grid on their technological journey to integrate their CSS system with various other applications to provide a full integrated solution. I was a part of the project management team as well as the testing team.

Subscription and Renewals Test Analyst: Worked with one of IBM’s largest clients in the communication sector, John Wiley & Sons to implement an SAP sales solution into their business. The client has various processes that were important to the success of their business, including their customer subscription and renewal process. As a member of the subscription & renewals team, my role was to help ensure our design was working smoothly and to resolve any defects found in the process.

Finance Analyst: Worked with a large utility company, Cleco, to help them switch from their previous solution to the SAP S/4HANA platform. As a part of the Finance Team, I was responsible for understanding the client’s business processes and compare to SAP standard functionality to formulate requirements and gaps. I worked to document these processes, requirements, and gaps.

Purchasing & Materials Management Analyst: One of the procurement leaders partnering with Evoqua Water Technologies in their upgrade to SAP S/4HANA. As the primary member on the Purchasing team, my role was to understand and design the company’s processes for procurement & materials management in order to design the software to match & even improve their business processes. My role spanned across the entire project life-cycle from requirements gathering, leading workshops, configuration, testing, through to go-live and hyper-care support. Through that experience I owned many client deliverables, key configuration, master data management, as well as training and post go-live support. Given my intricate role in this particular client’s technology transformation, I was asked to return for future waves of the project in order to extend our design to other businesses in their portfolio.
